2. Description of Service

LIRIMO is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized children's stories in multiple languages. The Service allows users to:

  • Create personalized stories with AI assistance
  • Access stories in 100+ languages
  • Generate AI-powered cover illustrations
  • Use text-to-speech functionality
  • Save and manage favorite stories

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan: Allows creation of 1 story per day with basic features and 1 character limit.

4.2 Premium Plan: Provides up to 30 stories per month, multiple characters, AI illustrations, and priority support.

4.3 Payment: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

4.4 Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including story parameters and personal information.

5.2 AI-Generated Content: Stories and illustrations generated by our AI are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

5.3 License to Use: You grant LIRIMO a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.4 Public Stories: If you choose to make stories public, other users may view them. You can change this setting at any time.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload or distribute viruses or any other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • Scrape, copy, or download content using automated means

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate material. Parents and guardians should review stories before sharing them with children. LIRIMO is not responsible for the content generated by our AI systems.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIRIMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

LIRIMO is designed for use by parents and guardians to create content for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LIRIMO operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
